The Adventures of Tom Sawyer

I was tasked to a choose any book from a collection given to us. Out of the bunch, I chose to design a book cover for the classic "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer". I went with the illustrative route of drawing a silhouette of Injun Joe, the villan of the story that murders an important character that Tom Sawyer happen to see. Because of that, he is always chasing and trying to kill Tom throughout the story. In this design, I made him watch over Tom with two different scenes, one where tom is in the cave and one where tom is fishing. For the Chapters, I drew Tom doing various poses that shows his mischievous side
